KOH RACHA NOI

Koh Racha Noi has a prolonged shape, pointing south direction and is located to the south of Racha Yai island, about 2 hours 15 minutes from Chalong Bay. The surrounding waters are deeper here, with a sandy slope heading down to about 50 meters around the island. Racha Noi is famous for its clear water and great visibility. Perfect place for beginners, it will also make the macrolife lovers happy ! In a lucky day, you can see some leopard sharks dancing around. Manta Rays, eagle rays, big schools of barracuda can be seen here. Mantas are not so common, most likely to be seen at the ‘South Tip’, a deep dive site only suitable for Advanced divers, but sometimes the bigger fish head into the main reef at the south of the island.

KOH RACHA YAI

Koh Racha Yai is a dive destination loved by beginners and open water divers as it offers clear water and a ship wreck surrounding by artificial reefs starting at 16 meters, making it the most popular local dive destination from Phuket. The island is not too far away and you can dive there year round and with shallow bays plus reefs down to 25 meters depth it’s suitable for all divers and snorkelers.  

Batfish, snappers, barracudas, octopuses, turtles, stingrays, scorpionfish, stonefish can be seen all around.
